Our Return/Cancellation of Sale Policy If the merchandise you received was damaged or incorrectly fulfilled, please return for full refund of the retail purchase price or exchange within 7 days of receipt of your order. For wholesale orders, you must return the items within 3 days. If you requested a size and decided it was the wrong size, we will do whatever we can to replace the item only if we have that item in our inventory. We will charge for the additional shipping costs to you. Please indicate using the packaging sheet or on a separate piece of paper your desire for a refund or exchange along with the order number. Please send any item in its original condition with its original packaging and accessories. As soon as we receive the item(s) from the original shipment, we will process a refund or exchange. NOTE: In addition, there is a 15% restocking fee applied for all returned items. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. If the item is a custom embroidery or silkscreen, or personalized in any manner, we cannot replace or provide a replacement or refund for the item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if we made an error in the original shipment. Refunds are credited to your credit card within 30 days. Since our items are shipped from multiple locations around the country, it is important that you return the merchandise to the address on the package shipping label. |
